I love mixing patterns! From afar this looks like a straight monochrome outfit, but the unexpected surprise of tweed and tie silk was really fun to pull off. I grounded it with black and kept my accessories at a minimum. This cape is awesome by the simple fact that it's trench-coat style belt on the back actually defines your waist from the back and creates a gorgeous silhouette. Great detail!
I posed in front of American Cut, my husband's favorite steak restaurant in the city. I love steak, but only if it's Well Done. So I eat the edges of his Medium Rare and I order a dinner salad. Someone else chopping my vegetables is way better than any hunk of meat!
I guess I'll get crazy with my patterns, not my restaurant orders.
